Traction & Scale LLC Delivers. We operate supply chain and real estate related businesses. Founded in 2011, Traction & Scale has launched and acquired almost a dozen companies, one of which went public.
Traction & Scale’s backbone is a strong logistics and technology operation that helps us to deliver the right products at the right times. TS Delivers leverages our global network of quality control and sourcing team members across many countries to rapidly source, QC and deliver hard to find products.
TS Health. Global sourcing and delivery of medical and protective supplies as well as defense related items.
TS Delivers. Specialty sourcing of difficult to find items of any type, new product launches, supply chain optimization and liquidation services.
TS Overstock. Liquidation management to clear up space. We provide commercial liquidation services and humanitarian aid support.
TS Serves. Remote staffing solutions. Creating on-demand remote teams. We combine automation technology and human capital to build strong teams.
TS Real Estate: Real estate projects related to our core business, and opportunities leveraging our locations, neighborhoods, and team relationships.
Products: We are an authorized distributor of many medical products such as n95 masks, covid tests and other testing products. We also distribute a whole line of protective gear including IFAKs, tourniquets, gas masks and gloves.
Humanitarian Aid: We help design programs to give goods for humanitarian aid. Our team has donated millions of items and we have coordinated the delivery of many items. We work with governments, NGO’s, nonprofits and other organizations to help deliver critical items. We encourage our partners, suppliers, clients and our team to source items to donate individually and provide our network of relationships and infrastructure to help them facilitate humanitarian donations and aid.

Our Mission
We are dedicated to getting people the products they need. We help our clients get mission critical supplies when they need them most.
We were founded in 2011 and have owned, operated and co-founded a number of businesses leveraging product distribution, technology, FinTech and global commerce. We have a deep background in technology and global economic development and help organizations get key products they need. We use technology and data science to optimize the supply chain.
Quality Control
Our backbone is our quality control system. We are dedicated to ensuring a resilient supply chain working with factories, warehouses, importers, and logistics providers. TS verifies and audits factories, coordinates inspections and confirms documentation and testing with its team in China, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, the US and India.
Our Processes
Supply Chain. TS has developed a full supply chain infrastructure including sourcing, customs, shipping, and financing. We have distributed millions of pieces of items to governments and global organizations of all types.
Quality Control. TS developed a technology enabled due diligence process to aggregate and verify suppliers. Suppliers are run through a multi-step quality control and verification process supported by agents on the ground to ensure authenticity.
Government Contracting. We are a government contractor and approved to serve local and Federal government in the US as well as NATO.
Technology. We utilize the PSA system. PSA stands for Predict, Supply and Automate. We have built predictive models to estimate supply needs and proprietary inventory management systems to ensure best execution across the supply chain. We also offer telehealth services.
Remote Staffing & IT Services: We build remote and hybrid staffing infrastructure to help optimize supply chains globally.
